This old building has been abandoned since around 2005, and is under major enovations as a part of the downtown redevelopment plan. The Tool Chest built sometime possibly in the 1960's is being renovated to be like a building very similar to the apartment building next door. The only difference with ths building will be that each floor will have its own use. The ground floor will be used for stores/shops, the second will be used for apartments, and the third (top) will be used for offices. Whatever is done with the building will be better than what the building looks like now. (The pictures above were taken around the time the Tool Chest closed)
