The Blatsi Reservoir was located north of Veliko Tarnovo Town, in front of the entrance to the Nikopolis ad Istrum Archaeological Reserve. There is an asphalt road next to it. The total area covered by it is 88.748 decares, spread over about 420 m in length and 200 m in width. The height of the wall is 8 m. It was used for fish farming.
In 2023 mostly disappeared.
