Two-storey building housing a variety of small businesses, including Amos & Andes, Paramount Optical and the Saskatoon Asian Restaurant.

This occupies the site of the former Daylight Theatre, built in 1917. In 1966 it was renamed the Paramount Theatre by its new owners, the Famous Players theatre chain. It was demolished in 1983.
