neighborhood, draw only border, apartment complex
The Upper Portola neighborhood was built in two eras. Two buildings, each with eight 3-bedroom units, were built in 1950. These units have appealing architectural features. The living and dining areas have ample west-facing windows which provide substantial natural light. The remaining units are in two 4-bedroom townhouse buildings. They were built in 1969 in the same style as those in the nearby Sanches, Quarry, and MacArthur neighborhoods.
