Mountain Lake is a popular park among Richmond District residents. It offers a lot of activities to choose from. Dog lovers flock here for the dog run at the eastern end of the park. There are also tennis and basketball courts for pick up games. Children get to enjoy the great playground at 12th Avenue that is available for them that offer great slides, swings, and a multi-level play structure. There is a workout circuit for runners and a lake with ducks and a tiny beach. There are restrooms available on-site and a covered picnic/card playing pavilion. The garden meadow is a great place to spend the afternoon for a picnic or to rent for a children's birthday party.
