neighborhood, draw only border, apartment complex
The Kobbe Terrace neighborhood is located on a serpentine road that runs through a eucalyptus forest just east of Fort Winfield Scott. The neighborhood consists of five single-family homes, 14 duplex units, and eight units in two 4-plex buildings. All were constructed between 1902 and 1915 in both the Mission Revival and Colonial Revival styles as officers' family housing. Sloping lawns, rock retaining walls, elegant facades, and architectural diversity add to the beauty of the neighborhood.
