Acol (formerly Acholt) is a hamlet in the English county of Kent. Located about 1½ miles south of Birchington, close to the Western end of the runway at Manston Airport, it is one of the smallest communities in Kent. It remains the name of a civil parish in Thanet District, although over the years large parts of it have been hived off to join nearby communities.
