7-story modernist residential building completed in 2003. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein, it consists of a north and south building (fronting 47th & 46th Streets respectively) separated by a garden courtyard and a 1-story glass-enclosed atrium at the east end. The facades are clad in red brick above 2-story bases of light-grey brick (west end) and limestone (west end).
The north building's north facade has two bays at the east end with a banded limestone base and grey granite water table, with the main entrance in the east end bay. It has glass-and-metal double-doors and sidelights below a suspended steel canopy. The triple-window to the right on the ground floor has an iron grille that bows out at the bottom. The rest of the facade to the west, spanning nine bays, is set back, with light-grey brick at the base and red brick above, except for the first bay, where the light-grey brick extends up through the upper floors as well. A white stone band separates the base from the upper floors. This part of the facade is set behind a light-grey metal fence. From the east, it has a double-window, two triple-windows, three double-windows, two more triple-windows, and a double-window end bay; all the windows have grey metal framing. There is a band of light-grey brick below the roof line, and another thin band across the projecting eastern 2-bay section, between the 6th & 7th floors.
The south facade of the south building is set back between both of its end sections. The middle has three double-window bays flanked by two triple-windows on either side and single-windows in narrow bays of light-grey brick that extend above the base. Except for the single-windows, every bay has a metal air-conditioning vent below it. Like the north building, the recessed section is set behind a fence. The east end section has two bays of triple-windows, with a stone base, and an entrance in the western of these two bays. It matches the entrance at the north building, and there is a matching bowed grille on the window to the right. The west end section also has two bays of triple-windows, with a bowed grille on one window, and the other replaced by a grey metal service door. Additionally, there is an extra, set-back bay of red brick with double-windows at the far west end, with a bowed grille at the ground floor.
The facades facing inward toward the courtyard are similar. The buildings together contain 149 condominium units.
