This discount grocery store opened in 2012, replacing a demolished Foodland.

The site was once occupied by the West Park car barn, one of several streetcar maintenance and storage facilities of the Pittsburgh Railways Company. When the facility closed in 1931 it became a trolley junkyard. The car barn was razed 20 years later.
