  • Once much smaller as the sub has been expanded to a new phase. With this expansion, smaller lots came into play and much lower priced homes. Original area by the highway had 1/2 acre lots with mature trees and beautiful ponds and landscaping. Clubhouse in newer section draws teen gang crowds and sub leads the area in vehicle break-ins and thefts. Sheriff Department patrols and arrests have kept down crime somewhat. Truly a shame as this once was a very nice place to live.
  • The older part has the big lots and mature landscaping. The newer part is crowded and seems very noisy on weekends with car radios blaring and lots of tire squealing. Do NOT park your car overnight on the streets here as it will get broken into.
