  Subdivision centering on middle class to upper middle class. Golf course in midst and very popular and well kept. Much debate on this subdivisions creation as it destroyed wetlands and woods. Bordering eastern side is a run down area called Angus Valley which is full of trailers, unkept/running free livestock, and crime. Salvation Army thrift/furniture store across from entrance on State Route 54 was fought in vain by Lexington Oaks residents but passed by the Pasco County commissioners. Deed restricted to the hilt and enforced to the max. Less than 1/2 a mile to the entrance ramps on I-75.
