Connerton is a 4,800-acre mixed-use community which is planned to support five villages totaling approximately 8,700 residences with over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space for office, retail and industrial uses.

The town of Connerton will be comprised of five distinct villages, each with its own parks, recreational amenities and distinctive character. Each village will have its own village center that will, over time, plan to include a combination of shopping, civic, professional office, residential and recreation use.

For three consecutive years, Connerton has won the prestigious honors of Best Community, Best Master Plan, Best Environmental Sensitivity Program, Best Community Streetscape and Best Neighborhood Entrance awarded by the Pasco building Association.
