Historic farm and Federal-style house dating to about 1787, with later additions. In about 1850 the farm became site of the rectory for the nearby Christ Church
Later owned by Willie Wilmer, brother of Joe (who owned Round Top). Both of the brothers were frequent hosts of Theodore Roosevelt, and his wife Edith later purchased nearby Pine Knot.
