End of San Onofre Bike Trail on old Hwy 101 at the North Camp Pendleton Fence to the beach. The Fence here goes down to the beach and serves as the boarder between the San Onofre SB and Camp Pendleton. The bike trial here continues south /southeast on the old Pacific Hwy 101 and on Camp Pen., goes under the Interstate 5, and ends at Los Pulgas Road. At Los Pulgas one can continue on the freeway shoulder to Oceanside or show ID at the Marine guard shack and cross the base. The base route is sometimes closed.s
