The Centennial on the Canal is an 80,000 square foot mixed residential and retail development in Lower Bricktown. 30 lofts give a full view of the Canal, with 25,000 square feet of retail space. Residentual condominiums occupy the top three floors of the building, while the street level consists of restaurants including Starbucks, In The Raw, Bolero Spanish Grill and Tapas Bar, and Texadelphia. The Canal level is Red Pin Bowling Lounge, a bowling alley and restaurant featuring big screen TVs at the end of each lane and a full bar.
