162-foot, 12-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1901. It has a chamfered northwest corner, with one bay of windows. The Broadway facade spans four windows, and the 13th Street elevation has four bays of paired windows, plus an additional single bay on the east end. The 2-story base is clad in limestone, with large piers set of granite plinths. The piers have stylized capitals supporting an entablature with circle decorations above each pier, and capped by a dentiled cornice. The main building entrance is at the south end of the Broadway facade, framed by ornamented stone, and with two scrolled brackets supporting a cornice. There is a secondary entrance of similar design (without the brackets) at the far east end of the 13th Street facade, and a storefront entrance at the chamfered corner. The ground floor has projecting cast-iron storefront bays with curved glass panes at the corners. The iron framing is highlighted by thin copper lines, and topped by a row of copper dots and finials in front of a small, sloping iron roofs. The 2nd-floor bays are divided into three windows by black iron mullions.

The 3rd floor is transitional, clad in limestone with simple, recessed windows, and a band course with a Greek-fret motif on top. The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick, with stone surrounds framing each window, ornamented at their outer edges. The 10th-floor windows are round-arched, with carved terra-cotta swags above. The top two floors are horizontally banded, with 2-story round-arches separated by segmented columns. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice. The secondary east and south upper facades are clad in plain brown brick.

The building was converted from offices to residential in the early 1980s. The ground floor is occupied by Zumiez clothing store.
