Fabco was founded in 1948 and moved to Division Road in 1965. The plant manufactures twist axles, cross members and other welded parts. It is primarily involved in making rear axles for the Chrysler minivan.

The plant was purchased in 2006 by Vaughan Ontario based Martinrea from ThyssenKrupp and employs 280.
