neighbourhood, draw only border

This neighbourhood is named after the former Remington Arms Company rifles factory that was located on Howard Avenue and Lens Avenue (where the new Windsor Professional Centre is today) in the early 1920s. Until the early 1960s, this used to be a small city landfill, but has been converted into parkland and nice middle-class homes.
