Yasouj Flour,Starch and Glucose plant. It was established by Ministry of Industries in 1983. The ownership was then transfered to NIIO. The flour mill was completed in 1991 and Starch plant was put into operation in 1994. Further, Glucose and dextrose plants were added to the complex. The plant was the first starch plant in Iran which was capable of producing high quality alfa and beta Starches.It was also recognized because of the quality of the Glucose product.
The plant is now almost ruined because of bad management.
