5-story Flemish-Renaissance/modernist townhouse originally completed in 1893 as a 2-story carriage house. Designed by Sidney V. Stratton for Eloise L. Breese, the carriage house now serves as the garage and street-front facade for the modern townhouse rising above and behind it that was built in 2006.

The original 2-story structure is clad in pale-orange brick with limestone trim. The ground floor is dominated by the central carriage opening that now has a modern red hardwood garage door. There is a pedestrian door to the left, of the same wood, with stone around both. The garage door is topped by an arched lintel with splayed stone alternating with brick. On either side is a circular window. A stone band course sets off the 2nd floor, which has three small windows separated by thick stone mullions and framed by stone quoins that continue up to form an arch above the windows. The facade is topped by a typical Flemish stepped gable.

The modern construction behind is clad in steel and glass in a gridded curtain wall.
