4-story parking garage completed in 1956. The south facade on 34th Street is clad in beige brick with open-air spaces at each floor arranged into three bays. The ground floor has a wide central entrance/exit, with a band of four window panes to the right, and a metal service door to the left.

The north facade on 35th is very similar, but the entry is slightly narrower, and has two service doors to the left, with no openings to the right.
