7-level (including roof) parking garage completed in 1957. It is clad in white glazed brick (painted brighter white at the ground floor. The north facade on 31st Street is slightly wider and has a very wide entrance and exit bay at the center, with two bays of storefront windows (occupied by Avis car rental) at the west end, and larger commercial space at the east end, painted dark-red, with two separate doorways and black-painted, paneled stone pilasters (occupied by Tracks Takeout restaurant, and Soup Spot). The upper levels have a wide window band right of center and two shorter ones to the left. There is another short one and a painted sign at the west end, and two bays of single-windows at the east end.

The south facade on 30th Street has another wide entrance bay at the ground floor, with a small office at the west end. The upper levels have a wide window band in the middle, with two short ones at the west end, and a short one and a single-window at the east end. Both facades have projecting, vertical signs mounted to them.
