7-story modernist residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects , it is clad in red and white metal panels, with the facade set back somewhat from the building line. The ground floor is actually partially below the sidewalk level, with a set of steps (with cobbled stone sidewalls) leading down to the main entrance in the 3rd bay from the east. There are eight total bays of offset double-windows in white metal framing, with the middle five in an area of red cladding, and the west end bay and two eastern end bays in white cladding that is slightly farther set back; a narrow band of red cladding flanks the end bay on the east side. Exposed rivets attach the cladding to the facade.

The entrance has glass double-doors, and the ground-floor window bays to either side are shielded behind white metal screens between black granite posts. There is also a panel of red granite to the left of the stairs, and both it and the entry are covered by a suspended glass-and-metal canopy.

There are two sets of projecting concrete balconies with white metal railings on the 3rd-7th floors. The western one is wider, spanning the two western bays, and slants inward slightly at the inner half. The eastern one covers the 2nd bay from the east, and has a curved front, angling slightly back at the east end. The red metal cladding areas are capped by white metal copings, while the recessed white cladding areas are topped by white metal railings.

The building contains 45 condominium units.
