5-story residential building completed in 1888. Designed by J.C. Cady, it is clad in red brick, painted black on the ground floor. Red brick quoins surround the windows up to the 4th floor, with a single window on the right side of each floor, and a group of three on the left, with a shared stone lintel. There is a brick cornice below the top floor, which has round-arched windows. The building is capped by a simple black metal roof cornice. 'ino, a small wine and sandwich bar, occupied the ground level.
