5-story hotel completed in 2003. Designed by Gene Kaufman, the boutique hotel has 45 rooms. The ground floor consists of metal-framed glass with squared stone columns on the Church Street side, and smooth round columns on the Duane Street (entrance) side, supporting the slightly cantilevered floors above. The upper floors are clad in beige brick on the side and rear facades, with narrow sills at the windows. A sill course connects the windows of the top floor, which is crowned by a simple roof cornice. The front facade facing Duane Street is clad in pre-cast concrete panels, with sill courses at each floor. The lobby is shared with 'beca, a 40-seat restaurant and bar.
