5-story residential building completed in 1876. It is clad in beige brick. The central entrance has a glass door framed by white stone, with a triple-window on either side. The upper floors have two bays of triple-windows with black metal air-conditioning vents cut below them, towards the outer side. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is capped by a metal coping.
