4-story residential building originally completed as five separate rowhouses around the 1870s. In 1920 they were joined, refaced in smooth-stucco (now painted white), and had the ground floor remodeled. There is three entrances among the 15 bays, each with a glass door recessed in a molded surround with an entablature on top. The other ground-floor bays have single-windows with iron grilles; they are fronted by basement areaways behind iron fencing, and are set below decorative carved panels.

The upper floors have single-windows, taller at the 2nd & 3rd floors, with narrow iron railings in front of the bases of the 2nd-floor windows. The roof line consists of a shallow-sloped shingle roof with five skylights.
