3-story residential building completed in 1871. The 3-bay facade is clad in brownstone above an English basement painted red. A high stoop on the right leads to a round-arched parlor-floor entrance with paneled wood double-doors. The basement level has two segmental-arched windows with iron grilles and a doorway in the side of the stoop. The tall windows of the parlor floor, and the windows on the upper floors, have simple brownstone sills and flat lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice.
