6-story office building completed in 1960. Designed by Kahn & Jacobs, it is clad in white brick piers and grey metal spandrels above a tall ground floor lined with various storefronts. Much of the ground floor is topped by a broad band of shiny silver metal. The west facade on the avenue has ten bays of windows, and the south facade has five. A grey metal parapet marks the roof line. The north half of the roof has a large mechanical penthouse, and the south half has a landscaped roof deck. The ground floor is occupied by The Ride/The Tour sightseeing bus ticket office, Pret-A-Manger restaurant, and Diamond Center jewelers.
