Farm-to-market Road 2568 essentially makes a 3/4 loop around the southern side of Quanah. On the west side of Quanah at State Spur 133, FM 2568 begins southward. It crosses US Highway 287 and FM 104 before turning east and crossing State Highway 6. It then turns north and crosses US 287 again. It intersects Spur 133 (its endpoint), then ends at FM 2640.
