This is a double trumpet interchange between Interstate 64 / 77 (West Virginia Turnpike) and West Virginia Route 16 / 97 (Robert C. Byrd Drive) in Mabscott, West Virginia. It is the eastern terminus of West Virginia Route 97. The interchange was constructed in the mid-1980s when the Turnpike was widened to four lanes. Prior to this, there was no exit where the two roads crossed. The interchange has not been significantly modified since it was built, other than removal of the toll booths in 1989.
