This is a parclo-AB service interchange between Interstate 64 and County Route 9/9 (Airport Road) north of Beaver, West Virginia. It serves the nearby Raleigh County Memorial Airport. The interchange is less than 1000' north of where Route 9/9 junctions with West Virginia Route 307. The interchange was constructed in the mid 1980s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built. The ramp terminals are unsignalized.
