This is a partial cloverleaf service interchange between Interstate 64 and County Route 9 (Grandview Road) near Crow, West Virginia. It provides access to the Grandview area of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, as well as Little Beaver State Park. The interchange is a diamond configuration but with a single loop ramp from eastbound I-64 to northbound Route 9. The interchange is about one half mile north of where Route 9 junctions with West Virginia Route 307. The interchange was constructed in the mid 1980s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built. The ramp terminals are unsignalized.
