This is a partial cloverleaf (parclo-AB or folded diamond) service interchange between Interstate 64 and County Route 27 (Pluto Road/Bragg Road) near Bragg, West Virginia. The interchange is located at a crest of 2,765' elevation near the summit of Plumley Mountain, in an area known as Sandstone Mountain. The interchange was constructed in the mid 1980s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built, except for the construction of a mandatory truck brake check area. The ramp terminals are unsignalized.
