This is a conventional diamond service interchange between Interstate 64 and U.S. Route 60 (Midland Trail West) near Sam Black Church, West Virginia. The interchange was constructed in the early 1970s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built. From 1973 to 1988, Interstate 64 ended here before the interstate was constructed west to Beckley. The ramp terminals are unsignalized.
