This is a partial, semi-directional parallel interchange between Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 11 (Lee Highway) west of Wytheville, Virginia. From U.S. Route 11, one can only access Interstate 81 South, and the only exit from I-81 is in the northbound direction. The ramps meet at a high skew at U.S. Route 11, which runs parallel to I-81 at this location without crossing it. The interchange is the first exit for Wytheville on northbound I-81 before continuing on the Wytheville bypass. The interchange was built around 1963 and has not been significantly modified since.
