4-story residential building completed in 1876. It is clad in brick, painted dark-grey. The ground floor has black metal-and-glass storefronts, with cream-colored accents including fluted piers on the west side. The entrance to the upper floors is at the center, with a glass door framed in black granite.

The upper floors have three wide bays. At the 2nd floor they are each divided into five windows by grey metal mullions, and on the top two floors they have three wider window sections. A brick roof parapet caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by The Grisly Pear bar.
