Perumaal Temple is a Hindu Vaishnava temple with Lakshmi Narayana Swamy and Boomidevi as the Primary deity. The timple is also having worhsip points for Pullayaar/Ganapathy/Vinayaaga (The Elephant Headed God) and Nagaraajaa (the Serpent God). Though the temple is now under control of Govt of Tamil Nadu(India), it belonged to an Iyengar Family.
