"Altemberger" Tower House

Tower house built in gothic style circa 1470-1474.
It is part of Altemberger-Pempflinger House built in the 15th century. In 1545 the house was bought by the city and became the City Hall. Today is the "Sibiu Altemberger House History Museum".

The tower hosts two main permanent exhibitins of the History Museum:
- The Treasury - over 1000 silverware pieces of which 120 are liturgical items, about 100 are lay items, 655 are adornments and jewelleries and more that 200 are silverware pieces for meal serving
