5-story Italianate residential building completed around 1870. Above a modernized storefront it is clad in white-painted stone. There are three bays of segmental-arched windows with molded lintels and sills with corbelled feet, with the height of the windows growing shorter at each floor. Air conditioning vents have been cut below the outer windows. The facade is crowned by a projecting modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches.
