  area has (11) Su-27, (10) Su-25, (4) MiG-29, and (2) MiG-21. All aircraft seem to be in varying states of maintenance/mothball. As these aircraft are in open-air segregation from primary maintenance facilities, it is safe to say that these are non-operational aircraft and not destined to active service. Most likely will be cannibalized to maintain more serviceable aircraft.
