It used to be the consulate of the Embassy of Cyprus but not any longer according to the website of the Embassy of CY
Now it is the embassy of Morocco.
Two-story with basement private residence (Nikitsky Big street, 51) in eclectic style with a cut dome on the right side over then entrance to the building from the main street. Constructed in 1806; 1834; 1860 — reconstruction, architect Nikitin; 1875, also early 20th century P. A. Ushakov, E. I. Zalessky.
Note the amusing paired female nymphs, flanking the three central windows of the second floor that are turned, not to the street, but to each other.
