The oldest building on the Colorado College campus. When it was built, it constituted the entire college.

Now houses the college's admissions and financial aid offices.

Construction began in 1877, and was completed in 1880. It was designed by the Boston architectural firm of Peabody and Sterns. The north and south wings were added in 1881-82.

Before Cutler Hall was built, the college was based in a small wooden building on the west side of Tejon Street across from Acacia Park.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architectural and educational significance.
