The very narrow building runs the full frontage on the west end of the block, and is clad in large, rough-finished, beige brick, with the car wash entrance at the south end, and the exit at the north. The west facade also has two large glass-and-metal garage doors at the south end, and to the north of them there is a donut shop built into the structure, Underwest Donuts.
