5-story storage building completed in 1928. It is clad in grey-painted stone and brick. A narrow, vertical brick strip at the north end of the west facade connects the building to the taller record storage building to the north, also operated by Manhattan Mini Storage. This strip has a blue metal service door at the ground floor, with single-windows on the upper floors; there are plain concrete panels outlined in brick between floors. The rest of the west facade has six large bays with plate-glass triple-windows on the ground floor. The upper floors have similar bays, but with five panes of light-grey metal panel topped by short windows, all framed in aluminum. The piers are stone and the spandrels between floors are brick. A large, angled billboard is mounted on the facade, covering the southern three bays at the 4th-5th floors.

The south facade on 44th Street's ground floor is deeply recessed between the piers at all but the easternmost of its nine bays. Each is fronted by a blue roll-down metal gate, with parking spaces behind, and then raised loading docks. The recessed, actual ground floor has a glass curtain wall for most of its length. The east end bay has a grey metal service door between two former openings now filled in with brick and concrete. The upper floors have bays similar to those on the west facade, with the exception of the 2nd-5th bays from the east on the 2nd floor, which are bricked-in. The billboard wraps around the corner onto the west end bay of the 4th-5th floors.

The east facade has five bays, with no openings in the south end bay. The other bays match match those on the south and west facades at the 3rd-5th floors, while the 2nd floor has thinner single-windows. There is a short attic level with windows band of seven panes.
