This building was constructed by and housed Sterling Supply Co., Ltd. It had also previously housed Duffers Indoor Mini-Golf and Arcade in the early 1990's; this was the only indoor mini-golf in the province at the time, and featured a volcano at the 18th hole which would "erupt" with jets of steam if you scored a hole-in-one. In another unique move, the arcade was set to free-play (no quarters), and you purchased time in it - either in increments of 30 or 60 minutes.

OTV Technologies, a local computer sales & service company, occupied this building in the 2000s until 2014.
