canal, historical marker
Here are the remnants of the old Wabash & Erie Canal that flowed southward towards the reservoir at Port Gibson and onto the Ohio River in Evansville. There is currently an informational marker at this site just west of Schwiersch Road. Water and towpaths are still clearly visible if you zoom in.
