The Hut is at 1,504 m a.s.l.
Massive three-storey building with a capacity of 84 seats: hotel floor – 31 seats and 53 seats tourist part. There are internal bathrooms and a bathroom. The building is supplied with water, electrified with local heating. The hut has a well-stocked Bulgarian cuisine and a restaurant-dining room. There is also a ski storage room.
The hut is a point of the European hiking route E3 (Kom - Emine).
