Transat JSC is a VSAT operator, licensed by the Bulgarian Communications regulation commission, operating its own HUB station on the territory of Bulgaria.
The company obtained individual licences for VSAT operator 112 - 02351/15.12.2005 and 112 - 02756/21.10.2004 and licence 113 - 02673/25.09.2003 for the use of a public long-distance communication network, issued by the Communications regulation commission. Transat JSC designs, deploys and maintains satellite VSAT networks for corporate business – finance, retail, international companies, and government, offering services all over the country and abroad.

Transat JSC provides communication services and connectivity for information applications with guaranteed reliability and speed. The satellite VSAT technology enables to build two-way broadband networks for data and voice communications, Internet connection, CCTV monitoring, videoconferencing and other applications even in the most hard to reach areas.

Nowadays Transat JSC operates customers' corporate VSAT networks, based on the broadband VSAT platforms SkyStar 360E and FaraWay with more than 750 VSAT terminals installed in more than 50 countries in Europe, North Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
