  A mix of business, office space, and Brownstones. Expected completion date is 2008 for the first part which will be retail. The rest should be completed by 2012. Will be similar to Southlake Town Center.

  I haven't seen them do anything with this land except move dirt around. I'm not sure if/when construction will actually begin, or if they are even still planning on building it. It's supposed to have a mix of businesses, condos, a movie theater, and a hotel, as well as some park space. We can only hope that someday Euless will have an outdoor town center like Southlake does.
